VoxTrade provides market intelligence including insider trade tracking, politician trade monitoring, trending stock analysis, and AI-powered insights. The service is available through our mobile applications and website.

VoxTrade is for informational purposes only and does NOT provide financial advice. The information provided should not be construed as investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell securities.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

5. Subscription and Payments

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

6. Acceptable Use

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
